Can I change plans at any time?
Patternry is a monthly subscription service. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
What types of payments do you accept?
We use PayPal for payments. PayPal offers a large variety of payment options including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and many others.
What if I need a larger plan?
We offer also enterprise level plans (300 users - $350/mo, 500 users - $500/mo, 1000 users - $800/mo). Contact us for details.

Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Connections to company workspaces are encrypted with SSL, and we take daily backups to keep your data safe.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
After you have signed up, choose the plan you want to try. If you cancel a paying plan within 14 days of signing up you won't be charged a thing. The 14-day free trial doesn't apply if you switch from a paid plan to another paid plan.
